Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was comfortable with 2 queen beds for a family of 3. The rooms were nice but a little dated; however, they were very clean. The service was crazy helpful, with friendly staff helping us choose a restaurant for supper and sharing freshly baked cookies. The location was legit, right off the interstate, making it very convenient. The dining experience, while normal, was not up to par with other Holiday Inn Express locations. The facilities were well-kept, but it was difficult to access due to road construction.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while spacious and very clean, were outdated with vented outside walls. The high cost didn't quite match the cleanliness of the carpet. The service started off a bit cold but turned out to be friendly and even helped us choose a restaurant for dinner, with freshly baked cookies. The location was convenient for our trip and activities, although initially hard to access. The dining could have been better as they ran out of items quickly, but the issue was eventually resolved.
The hotel had clean, large, and quiet rooms, though slightly dated. The on-the-go breakfast was not ready on time but was overall satisfactory. The service was mixed with some friendly and helpful staff, while others lacked attentiveness. The location was convenient, especially during bad weather conditions. The dining experience varied, with some positive aspects but also some shortcomings. Overall, the hotel offered decent value for money.
